Thanks to our extensive half-finished product storage we can manufacture the desired finished parts for you in a short period of time. Carefully selected partners guarantee high reliability and quality in the provision of half-finished products.

Our standard PTFE compounds:

PTFE pure  /  PTFE 15% graphite  /  PTFE 15% fibre glass, 5% MoS2  /  PTFE 25% fibre glass  /  PTFE 25% carbon  /  PTFE 60% bronze

We store the relevant half-finished products up to 400 mm in diameter in the warehouse.
We can obtain all manufacturable compounds with approx. 3 weeks delivery period.

Non-standard materials:

On request we process all mechanically machinable plastics which are available on the market as suitable half-finished products.
